Beginning December 28th, The Awesome Fest rewinds time to showcase the big hair, loud colors, and neon grandeur of a bygone era when TV families & aliens from planet Melmac ruled the evenings. The weekly curated program will be featured at The Foundry, located inside The Fillmore - Philadelphia's new state-of-the-art music venue. All shows will be completely free of charge to attend.

The second annual Bruce Campbell Horror Film Festival presented by Wizard World, running August 20 – 23 at the Muvico Theater in Rosemont, Illinois (9701 Bryn Mawr Ave., Rosemont), promises thrills, chills, guests and surprises to Chicago’s legions of horror fans. The four-day event, programmed by The Awesome Fest, will coincide with Wizard World Chicago and offers convention-goers and ticket holders a chance to sit back, relax, and lose their minds.

Philadelphia, PA – June 4th, 2015 – The Awesome Fest is excited to announce the first program of their 6th annual outdoor summer series, sponsored by Vitaminwater. Every Friday at sundown, beginning June 26th & running through August 14th, the festival will showcase a lineup of cutting-edge independent film premieres at Liberty Lands, in the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia. As the result of a grant from Penn Treaty Social Services District, all outdoor screenings will once again be free to attend!
